In December 2007 the IAP, in tandem with PA Consulting, began a consultation exercise to review the appropriateness and value of creating a business process centre of excellence for all sectors and sizes of business. Following engagement with a large target audience drawn from industry, suppliers, potential users, academia and Government, this report was concluded in April 2008.
